     We have decided not to reopen the restaurant. This decision was not an easy one for us to make, but it was in our families best interest.
     The times that we shared with all of you will serve as cherished memories in the future and our new friendships will continue to grow. If in the future we decide to reopen, we will surely contact all of you. It was our goal to bring outstanding food and wine to Clermont and it was our pleasure  working with and serving with all of you.
     Please be informed that Kim, will be continuing to follow her quest to be the next "Cake Boss".  So if you are craving her famous Carrot cake or just need a cake for a special occasion, you can contact her at 407-832-8686 or visit her new website at www.CustomCakesbyKim.com.  She is also teaching cake decorating classes at Michael in Clermont.
